H3 Consultancy, based in Worcester, are a compliance consultancy specialising in the provision of support services for companies in the mortgage, secured loan and insurance intermediary sectors within the UK.

We have over 50 years financial experience ranging from advising, lending, underwriting and compliance positions together with a wealth of FSA and CCA related compliance experience and knowledge. We keep pace with fast changing regulation to identify areas for improvement and implement procedures within your company.

Our clients range from sole traders to large nationwide brokers and we have helped and supported clients through over 40 FSA visits and thematic reviews to date. We have also undertaken a number of past business reviews and produced Skilled Person's Reports for the FSA.

Our guidance is reliable and friendly – we want to work with you, not against you.

We are proactive in our approach and since we believe that our service speaks for itself, we do not tie you into a minimum contract term or insist on a minimum level of service. Our service is tailored to suit your needs and your budget.
