Compliance Visits H3 Consultancy provides a wide range of flexible compliance support options to suit your business and budget. With no minimum contract terms you are free to alter the level of support at any time. We are central to most locations in the UK and able to support whatever schedule of visits you require. We have clients based all around the UK and provide a varied range of compliance services. Compliance outsourcing is a cost effective way of freeing up your time to concentrate on your business whilst outsourcing the general headaches of compliance. Our hands on approach allows us to work closely with you and give you as much support as you need. Our aim is to make sure your business runs smoothly but more importantly compliantly through effective risk based monitoring. We have three main support options available:
Ad-hoc Support Visits from £350 All of our support options can be taken on a pay as you go scheme, this includes compliance visits, documentation, complaint and advertising support etc. You may require an ad-hoc visit for any number of reasons including:
Remote Support £70p/m Our remote package gives you the support you need when you need it without the expense of visits. You may prefer the option to pay for visits or file checking when you need them but also require the option to have a compliance expert on the end of the phone or email to answer any questions and offer guidance when needed. Our remote support package provides you with Phone and e-mail compliance support, compliance updates, help completing or responding to any FSA requests, advertising sign off, training and competency testing and access to our library of file documents which are regularly updated based on continued feedback and requests from our clients.
Comprehensive Support From £100p/m We can accommodate any number of compliance visits you require, from annual compliance visits through to weekly visits. By having regular compliance monitoring visits we can be sure that your business is running compliantly. All our regular support options include the services noted under the remote support package together with an initial remote document audit, manuals, T&C and TCF files, advertising approval and complaint handling, Gabriel and ONA support along with whatever schedule of visits you have requested.
